I am a movement specialist. I study the art/science of human movement, and look at all types of training through that lens. However, if I had to choose, then I would say CrossFit due to my extensive experience in that realm.

Online Programming is $250 per month and includes a custom program designed to help you achieve your goals, "unlimited" communication to me via WhatsApp, and access to the performance tracking app Train Heroic.
