I design a personalized program to meet you where you’re at, and take you to your goals. This program is custom to you. I will never put you on a cookie-cutter program.

When you train with me, you get a professional training partner. From coaching your technique, hyping you up, to even helping you add weight to your barbell. I got you.

Are you going to make me do CrossFit?

Only if you want to! Just because CrossFit is a big part of my training doesn’t mean I’m going to make you do it. There are many ways to train, and we will work together to find the style that works best for you.

WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH?

Clients who want to work hard and have FUN. I like the mantra of “work hard and play harder”. If that resonates with you, let’s work together.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

I am a movement specialist. I study the art/science of human movement, and look at all types of training through that lens. However, if I had to choose, then I would say CrossFit due to my extensive experience in that realm.

IS ATHLETIC TRAINING FOR ME?

You don’t have to play a sport in order to train like an athlete. You can train for the sport of “life” (aka: whatever is important to you). Adopting an “athlete mentality” will give your training purpose by setting a goal and reverse engineering a path to achieve it.

We can still work together online! With Online Programming, I design a custom program for you to do in your gym wherever you are in the world and we can communicate via Whatsapp if you have any training questions or want workout critiques.
