Description
Summer Shreds is a 6-week program designed for CrossFitter’s looking to: repair their joints after the CrossFit Open, build strength specific to the movements of CrossFit, and to get shredded for summer.
Equipment list:
– Barbell
– Kettlebells
– Dumbbells
– Bands
– Mini bands
– Stationary Bike
– Rowing Machine
– Pull Up Bar
– Box
– A stable wall (for wall walks)
– Landmine attachment (if you don’t have access to one, you can use plates or a corner of the wall)
*If you train at a CrossFit gym, you will have everything you need
