Summer Shreds is designed for CrossFitters looking to gain strength and get ready for the beach. This program targets muscle and strength gains, while building joint health to prepare you for another CrossFit “season”.
Through the journey of personal fitness, you will be shown what you are capable of. In that process, you will realize how capable you really are to tackle any challenges or obstacles life throws your way.
It is true that you will need to put in the work. But, between every challenge you will have Buffletics there encouraging you, hyping you up, and supporting the effort that you are putting in.
There’s no lie that sometimes working out can be tough, but it’s the Buffletics mission to make fitness transform from something you have to do to something you get to do.
The Buffletics purpose is to play a part in athletes “holy shit, I didn’t know I could do that” moments – when their perspectives about fitness transform to being about so much more than just working out. This is something that Coach Brandon learned throughout his journey going from athlete to coach.
Brandon continues to guide others, teaching his clients that being an athlete has nothing to do with sport. But rather, being in the mindset of committing and striving for success every day. It is in that daily commitment that you learn self-confidence because your determination to handle any challenge life throws your way becomes a part of who you are.
